Sizing errors for clothing & shoes - UNLESS ITS CUSTOM - we charge a 20% restocking fee.
Printing error on products - PLEASE CONTACT me so I can contact the manufacturer not all products are charged to return.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR DENY A READING OR ORDER IF:
Customer received reading and doesn’t like it then tries to claim no service.
Customer received order, then tries to dispute charges.
Customer threatens, harassed or abuses store or employees.
Customer doesn’t respond to requests.
Customer is rude or arrogant.
Customers questions are against our reading policies.
READER feels that they are unable to answer questions for customer as the energy is off, the universal energy tells them no, or their guides/guardians/ancestors don’t allow them too.

Readers do not answer questions, divination or spell-work about people under the age of 18 whether it’s your own or not - you can generally about your family unit. I do not believe this is okay otherwise.

Readers do not answer questions, divination or spellwork requesting a specific Angel, guardian, guide, god, goddess or other entity UNLESS ITS STATED IN the listing.

CREATION, PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICIES:
Tarot&Divination delivery can be anywhere from 1-7days.
ART Divination, SPELL WORKS, CUSTOM ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS.
HOWEVER SOME HANDMADE ITEMS COULD TAKE UP TO 30 days or 4-8 weeks depending on what is made.
CUSTOM BATH & BODY PRODUCTS TAKE UP TO 8 weeks depending on product, see individual listings for details.
CANDLES ARE A PRIME EXAMPLE OF 30 days depending on the season as they need to set. Every single candle is made to order. Warmer months cause longer time frames for candles to set.
You can order A RUSH ORDER FOR THEM BUT ALWAYS READ DESCRIPTION FOR EACH LISTING REGARDING RUSH ORDERS.
PREORDERS have set cut off dates for purchase and creation & shipping dates. If you purchase after the date you will automatically go under the next dates.
LOST, DAMAGE, STUCK AT CUSTOMS OR STOLEN PACKAGES ARE NOT THE BUSINESSES RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING COMPANY. IF YOU WANT INSURANCE CONTACT US & WE WILL INFORM YOU THE PRICE OF INSURANCE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS SEPARATE. CERTAIN ITEMS WE AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE AN INSURANCE PROTECTION.

Information collected is for the purchase only.
We do not automatically sign up customers for any rewards, newsletters, subscriptions or other types of products or services customers are required to set this up by using proper channels we have listed on our website.
When a contest is in place customers are automatically entered if they wish, we will contact customer when a contest is running once we receive a sale and ask if they’d like to participate, we do NOT ENTER THEM unless they state they are interested. We also request for any future purchases for the current running contests. Customers are not required to enter a contest.
Your information is only used for your order, we do not share your information with any third party vendors UNLESS PERMITTED TOO IN WRITING BY CUSTOMER and this would only be in reference to a product we may have commissioned to another business or brand. We have full transparency on our listings so customers will be aware upon purchase if this may be a necessity.
If we have to use a direct to garment printing agency this is the only other place your information may be submitted to for SHIPPING PURPOSES ONLY. If they for some reason contact you beyond that please contact us immediately so we can look into the matter. info@hstdivinationreadings.com
If a customer chooses a customization option they may receive an email from the brand directly - if it is NOT OUR OWN IN HOUSE BRANDS - the listing will state this. Our own in house brands carry their own websites however we do specific emails for them here as well. Since the brands and this business is owned by one person all information is heavily protected.
If customers sign up for any newsletters, subscriptions or services and no longer wish to receive communication they can check out our contact information page for our directory of contacts and what they are regarding. We try our best to respond in 72 hours, however it make take up to 7 business days.
